# Our Prioritization Framework

Transparency on how we decide what gets built next.

We receive hundreds of requests. To remain objective, we use the **RICE Framework** to score every vetted feature request.

### The Scoring Formula

-   **Reach:** How many users will this affect in a given quarter?
    
-   **Impact:** How much will this contribute to our key goals? (Massive = 3x, High = 2x, Medium = 1x).
    
-   **Confidence:** How sure are we about our estimates? (100% = High, 50% = Low/Risky).
    
-   **Effort:** How many "person-months" will it take to design and build?
    

### Strategic Pillars (Q1 2026)

Even a high-scoring request may be deferred if it doesn't align with our current focus. Our current priorities are:

1.  **Security & Compliance:** Hardening our data infrastructure.
    
2.  **User Retention:** Improving the onboarding experience.
    
3.  **API Performance:** Reducing latency for enterprise clients.
