# Roadmap Status: What "In Progress" Really Means

Items in the **In Progress** column are currently "on the workbench." Our engineers are writing code, our designers are polishing the UI, and our QA team is preparing to test it for bugs.

### What’s happening behind the scenes?

-   **Development:** Building the core functionality.
    
-   **Internal Testing:** Making sure the feature doesn't break existing tools.
    
-   **Beta Feedback:** Sometimes, we invite users who followed the item to try a "Beta" version during this phase.
    

> **Note on Timing:** Features can stay "In Progress" for varying lengths of time. A simple UI tweak might move through in a week, while a deep integration might stay here for a month. We appreciate your patience as we ensure everything is built to the highest standard!
